Robert Hartigan is a junior partner at Mazow & McCullough PC and focuses his practice on personal injury litigation and trials. He represents injury victims in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death cases. In 2022, he received Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s Excellence in the Law Up and Coming award and was selected as a Top Lawyer by Boston Magazine in 2021. Rob currently serves on the Massachusetts Bar Association Young Lawyers Division board of directors, the Essex County Bar Association’s board of directors, and the Suffolk Law School Alumni board of directors.

Rob grew up in Saugus, Massachusetts, and attended college at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, studying philosophy and communications. He has been playing guitar for over 20 years and completed a music business internship in Nashville, TN, before attending law school. He graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 2016 and is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and The United States Federal Court- District of MA).

Rob became a lawyer because he wanted to help the people in his community whose lives have been adversely affected by the wrongful actions of others.
